Terms of Service — DailyClickPay | Platform Rules & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing any services provided by DailyClickPay ("DailyClickPay", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. User Eligibility & One Account Policy

Users must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

Strict Single-Account Rule: Each individual user is permitted exactly one (1) account. Operating multiple accounts, utilizing proxy services, VPN networks to bypass geographic limits, or creating automated accounts via scripts or bots constitutes a material breach and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards.

3. Paid-to-Click (PTC) & Task Participation

DailyClickPay connects advertisers with real human participants. To receive compensation for viewing an advertisement, users must:

Remain active within the viewing window for the full required timer (e.g., 15 seconds).
Solve the anti-bot verification challenge correctly.
Not attempt to automate, simulate, or spoof interactions through headless browsers, macros, or automated software.

Ad inventory fluctuates based on advertiser demand. DailyClickPay does not guarantee continuous availability or volume of advertisements.

4. Battle Passes, Multipliers & Membership Tiers

Membership upgrades (Silver Pro, Gold Tycoon, Diamond Whale) grant temporary enhancements such as multiplier boosts, increased ad caps, and spin allocations for a 30-day period. Memberships are paid via non-refundable cryptocurrency payments. Upgrades do not guarantee profits or earnings beyond the specific mathematical multiplier applied to eligible verified tasks.

5. Account Balances & Withdrawals

Balances on DailyClickPay represent earned platform credits redeemable for supported cryptocurrencies (such as USDT) upon reaching the applicable tier minimum ($1.00 to $5.00). Users are responsible for providing correct, compatible wallet addresses. DailyClickPay is not liable for transactions sent to incorrect addresses provided by the user.

6. Inactivity & Account Dormancy

Accounts with zero login activity for a consecutive period exceeding 180 calendar days may be classified as dormant, and associated unwithdrawn promotional credits may be retired to maintain system integrity.

7. Limitation of Liability

DailyClickPay provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall DailyClickPay be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, cryptocurrency price fluctuations, or network delays.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at our discretion. Notice of substantial revisions will be posted on the website. Continued use of DailyClickPay following published updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
